Welcome to Pro Web Squad.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”, or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Pro Web Squad Learning Management System, website, online courses, live training programs, recorded classes, self-paced courses, assessments, assignments, certificates, digital resources, student communities, and related services available through https://lms.prowebsquad.com/ (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
“Pro Web Squad”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Pro Web Squad Platform. “You”, “your”, “student”, “customer”, or “user” refers to any person who accesses, registers for, purchases, or uses the Platform or any Pro Web Squad service.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a course, attending a class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

Pro Web Squad provides online educational and professional learning services, which may include:

- Live instructor-led training.
- Recorded classes.

- Assessments and quizzes.
- Assignments.
- Attendance tracking.
- Learning resources.
- Certificates.
- Student support.
- Other educational and professional development services.
The exact features available may vary depending on the course or program purchased.
Educational Purpose
Pro Web Squad provides educational and training services for learning and skill-development purposes.
Completing a Pro Web Squad course or receiving a certificate does not automatically guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, business success, income, professional certification, government recognition, academic credit, or any other specific outcome unless expressly stated in writing for a particular program.
Students are responsible for applying the knowledge and skills learned through the Platform.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or purchasing a course.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, organization, company, or institution, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Pro Web Squad may restrict or terminate access where permitted by applicable law if information provided by a user is materially false, fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate.
Account Registration
Certain features require registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication information.
Your account is personal to you and should not be shared with another person. You must not sell, transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise provide your account to another individual.

Course Enrollment
After successful enrollment or payment, Pro Web Squad may provide access to the applicable course.
The exact access period may vary between courses. A course may provide lifetime access, fixed-duration access, batch-based access, subscription access, or access for another period specified on the relevant course page or during purchase.
Course access does not automatically mean that every future version, update, replacement course, or new edition of the course will be included unless expressly stated.
Live Classes
Certain Pro Web Squad courses may include instructor-led live classes.
Live classes may be conducted using third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams or other communication/video-conferencing platforms.
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, software, and other technical requirements necessary to participate.
Class schedules may occasionally change due to instructor availability, technical issues, holidays, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances. Pro Web Squad will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes to affected students.
Attendance
For courses that include attendance requirements, Pro Web Squad may record student attendance during live classes.
Attendance information may be used to:
- Monitor participation.
- Determine course completion.
- Support certificate eligibility.
- Maintain academic or training records.
- Improve training administration.
Students are responsible for attending classes using their own registered account or authorized identity.
Attempting to manipulate attendance records, impersonate another student, or falsely represent attendance may result in disciplinary action or account restrictions.
Recorded Classes and Course Materials
Pro Web Squad may provide recorded lectures, videos, presentations, PDFs, documents, assignments, templates, quizzes, or other learning resources.
The availability and duration of access to such materials may depend on the course purchased. Some courses may provide lifetime access while others may provide access for a specific period.
Pro Web Squad may update, replace, remove, or modify educational content where reasonably necessary to improve the course or maintain accurate information.
Personal Course License
When you purchase a Pro Web Squad course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the applicable course materials for your own educational purposes during the applicable access period.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course or its intellectual property to you. You may not treat Pro Web Squad's course content as your own intellectual property.
Prohibited Sharing of Course Content
You must not, without prior written authorization from Pro Web Squad:
- Copy course videos.
- Screen-record or audio-record classes.
- Download content where downloading is not expressly permitted.
- Share course login credentials.
- Share paid course access with another person.
- Upload course videos to YouTube, social media, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, file-sharing websites, or other platforms.
- Sell or redistribute course materials.
- Publish course content as your own.
- Use course materials to create competing commercial training products.
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, logos, or ownership information.
- Systematically scrape or extract course content.
- Circumvent technical access controls.
Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of Pro Web Squad course content may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to legal action where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property contained on or forming part of the Platform may include:
- Pro Web Squad branding.
- Logos and trademarks.
- Website design.
- Course videos.
- Recorded sessions.
- Presentations.
- Graphics.
- Text.
- Illustrations.
- Assessments.
- Quizzes.
- Templates.
- Documents.
- Learning materials.
- Software and Platform components.
- Other original content.
Such intellectual property belongs to Pro Web Squad or its respective licensors, instructors, partners, or content providers unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such intellectual property to you.
Assignments and User Content
Users may be able to submit assignments, questions, reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, images, documents, or other content.
You remain responsible for the legality and ownership of content that you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, threatening, or otherwise prohibited.
Where necessary to operate the Platform, you grant Pro Web Squad permission to host, store, process, display, and use submitted content for legitimate Platform and educational purposes, subject to applicable law.
Reviews and Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide a review, rating, testimonial, or feedback regarding Pro Web Squad, we may use it for legitimate promotional and business purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may make reasonable editorial changes to improve spelling, grammar, formatting, or length without materially changing the meaning of your testimonial.
Payments
Pro Web Squad may offer both free and paid courses and services.
Course prices, discounts, promotional offers, taxes, and applicable charges will be displayed on the relevant course page or checkout page where applicable.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes generally apply to future purchases and do not retroactively change completed transactions unless required by law.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
Refund and Cancellation
Pro Web Squad provides a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy for eligible paid purchases.
The complete rules regarding refunds and cancellations are contained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded course, live classes, recordings, materials, student groups, certificates, and other paid benefits may be revoked.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Certificates
Pro Web Squad may issue certificates to students who meet the applicable requirements for a course or program.
Certificate requirements may include course completion, attendance, quizzes, assessments, assignments, participation, or other conditions communicated for the relevant course.
Certificates issued by Pro Web Squad represent completion or participation according to the applicable program requirements.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Pro Web Squad certificate should not be interpreted as a university degree, government license, statutory professional qualification, or government accreditation.
Pro Web Squad does not guarantee that a certificate will be accepted by a particular employer, university, educational institution, professional organization, government authority, or third party.
Certificate Verification
Where Pro Web Squad provides certificate verification or verification links, the information displayed through the verification system may include information necessary to confirm certificate authenticity.
Students should not attempt to modify, forge, reproduce, or falsely represent Pro Web Squad certificates. Any fraudulent use of certificates may result in account termination and other appropriate action.
Third-Party Services
Some courses may use or refer to third-party services, tools, websites, applications, software, APIs, or platforms.
Examples may include Microsoft Teams, payment gateways, analytics services, cloud services, hosting providers, or other technology platforms.
Third-party services are independently operated and may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and limitations.
Pro Web Squad is not responsible for changes, interruptions, failures, pricing, restrictions, or discontinuation of independent third-party services.
Platform Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, hosting issues, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Pro Web Squad may temporarily suspend parts of the Platform where necessary for security, maintenance, upgrades, or other operational purposes.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Commit fraud.
- Access another user's account without authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pro Web Squad systems.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Interfere with Platform security or operation.
- Scrape or systematically extract Platform content without authorization.
- Impersonate another person.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another user.
- Upload infringing or unlawful content.
- Circumvent course-access restrictions.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of course content.
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Account Suspension or Termination
Pro Web Squad may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or course access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Unauthorized account sharing.
- Course-content piracy.
- Intellectual-property infringement.
- Payment fraud.
- Abuse of the Platform.
- Security threats.
- Material violation of these Terms.
- Unlawful activity.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not automatically remove obligations that are intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
Educational Disclaimer
Pro Web Squad makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and relevant educational material.
However, information contained in courses may become outdated due to changes in technology, software, search engines, digital platforms, laws, industry practices, business conditions, or other circumstances. We do not guarantee that all course information will always remain current or error-free.
Students should independently verify information before relying on it for professional, legal, financial, business, technical, or other important decisions.
No Guaranteed Results
Pro Web Squad does not guarantee a specific employment opportunity, salary, business revenue, number of clients, website traffic, search-engine ranking, digital marketing performance, certification outcome, examination result, or other financial or professional result from using our courses or services.
Results depend on many factors, including individual effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, competition, timing, external platforms, and other factors beyond Pro Web Squad's control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Web Squad and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.
This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, expected income, employment opportunities, data, reputation, or other indirect losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Web Squad, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, infringement of another person's rights, or unlawful conduct.
This provision does not apply to the extent that applicable law does not permit such liability to be transferred.
Force Majeure
Pro Web Squad will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyber incidents, pandemics, strikes, infrastructure failures, payment-provider failures, hosting failures, or other events that cannot reasonably be prevented or controlled.
Changes to Courses and Services
Pro Web Squad may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue courses, instructors, schedules, content, features, or Platform functionality from time to time.
Where a material change substantially affects an active paid service, Pro Web Squad will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution where required by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Pro Web Squad Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
Pro Web Squad may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable laws.

Severability
